Basically the difference between sympathizing and simping and why you have to as a man learn the difference because if you do not know the difference between simping and sympathizing you will be in a state of mental emergency where there's a potential chance of you putting a rope around your throat you know the reason for that is that a lot of men in this community with the crimson capsule do not cover what it means and how to transfer that simping energy in those feelings into something else a lot of the men in the community just tell you work on your physicality your physical your physique but when you're which teaches you to ignore your emotional stability and that emotion will build up until it explodes and leads to you returning to something you know so this is what that this video is about
