In Washington and California knowingly transmitting HIV was decriminalized. A chronic disease with a better than 99% fatality rate needed to be destigmaized. On the other hand America shut down, mandated masks, and will force vaccines for a disease with at better than 99% survival rate. Hidden agenda? Conspiracy? All I know is I should have bought stock in Moderna and Pfizer.
