Drinking clean water is good.....

Adding a small dash of lemon or lime juice or fairly fiberous fruit juice, can be a big help...

500 grams of blended pineapple - in juicy pulp, just tons of good stuff can added to the nutritional aspect of water.

Adding a vitamin capsule, a multi-B capsule etc., saves mega dollars on that "vitamin water" bullshit.


IN 4 liters of water, a gram of potassium chloride and 4 grams of sodium chloride in HOT sweaty weather, replicates the two base salts and their amounts, lost on average, in sweat...

Washing the bottle out with 1/2 a level teaspoon of caustic soda (sodium hydroxide) and 1/3 of a cup of water, and 1/3 of a level teaspoon of detergent (predissolved and cool) is a good mixture to flush your bottle out with - shake and leave sit, come back 5 minutes later, shake and leave sit - and doing that a few times, will clean out the biofilm in the bottle and the tubing etc.. and then shake and rinse with 1/2 a liter of clean water, and then repeat this until the water is foam free..

Once a week in cold weather, every 2 or 3 days in warm weather - especially with organic additives, like juices in the water...
