How much are these drunks drinking? I've been blackout drunk and I've never acted like this. It has to a cocktail of alcohol and drugs.

Could be the combo platter. Maybe just different tolerance levels, and sometimes, race. Different ethnicities have different reactions to alcohol. Sometimes it's just a cultural thing, other times, like Asians and descendant Natives, biological.
