wow man. they just rolled the casket up didn't even bother trying anything, doesnt even look like they confirmed vitals. I would have tried the paddles you never know. people wake up in the morgue sometimes. but perhaps he was standing like that for a while and he was in rigor mortis. Probably drank too much hot tea or something like that.

Well he was probably checked for a heart beat and body temperature before the undertaker turned up.... And I forget how long it takes for rigormortis to set in - fresh dead and the ambient temperature... ... But he wasn't stiff as a board, but he was getting there, so he's be dead a while...
