Well, our Devil Incarnate George Soros likely paid the driver to do it and while the local DAs were sucking off Soros, he told them not to pursue charges....
If I was that cop I would've lit him up as soon as he/her/whatever drove that vehicle at me. I'm no fan of police or other "authority" figures however if you're going to fight authority that's not the way to do it. I had retarded friends who would fight with police. The only thing they got was a beating, jail and prison. Never accomplished a thing but they somehow took pride in it.
