ECB’s Lagarde claims EU inflation ‘came from nowhere,’ blames Russia anyway

Inflation in the EU reached yet another record in October at nearly 11% across the bloc. And European Central Bank chief Christine Lagarde claims the increase came ‘from nowhere’ – but she managed to blame Moscow anyway.
