Motivation plays a big role in our results, work and how much we are able to give ourselves each day. Despite motivation being something that is not constant, we must seek ways of becoming motivated so that we can keep pushing our projects forward and forward.

When it comes to finding motivation, there are a lot of different ways and different studies on the internet. Internal and external factors play a big part in making someone super motivation or draining all motivation from them.

However, there is something that most people don't take into account when it comes to motivation, which is physical exhaustion and sleep deprivation.
