Can you give me any advice on what you're diet is? I'm not bragging, but I've lost 200lbs in the last few years, I've totally cut out fast food (except for RARE occasions) soda, and junk food, but my eating habits still need improvement! I've also been working out (albeit lightly) for about the last year and a half and need to get more into it, basically just sit-ups, push-ups, and a rowing machine, I also do curls with 2 5lb weights that I hold both in one hand and now have a 10lb weight! I need to get some heavier weights!...lol
How's the wrist?
