i worry about X the website being a future prosecution platform, yes people have free speech, but people are also stupid when they go by their real names when on the site and the fact that X now requires people to give away their identify in order to use the platform, it's a big worry that they might one day utilize the platform to go after people for things they said in the past that were considered free speech at the time, like the whole Kavanagh case, where this guy was doing something that sure might have been morally wrong, but it wasn't illegal it was fine at the time, so to see the same thing happen on X is a real possibility that might one day show up on X, maybe not now maybe not within the next 4 years, but at some point it will be used to target everyone.

more and more info just keeps getting released on this. so much of it was hidden or claimed to be something else, but i love how the information just keeps coming out, because it's the only way to get closer to the truth.
