EU to invest in African security in exchange for much-needed gas

EU leaders are offering security support to Mozambique in exchange for natural gas supplies from the African nation, potentially replacing imports from Russia. Africa security analyst Wilcar Dias tells RT that support from the West always comes with strings attached.
