EU urges Africa to go green while saying it lacks infrastructure

Some mixed signals were sent by EU leaders at The Davos World Economic Forum, including by the EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, who has been urging Africa to go green, with some help from Western powers. RT’s Karabo Letlhatlha explains.
