because the picture was B/W and the guy has a similar look, in the picture without his jaw, similar to 'nigger' black men...
it was used by antifa/blm before they declared themselves to try to say he was a slave and that this was how he was tortured and killed for trying to escape...
that 'rumor' did not last very long.
weird does not describe it... i remember the original newspaper article, well seeing it... the first rumors where that it was some racist horseshit.
the particular type of radium is also used in bombs and chemical plants to thin chemicals and clean liquids of other impurities...
toxic shit, do not drink anything with radium or radiation...
