I was so glad to see that bitch in handcuffs, but saddened to hear they didn't charger her with assault. WTF???

i think it was because assault would have required her to actually shoot him, but then again she did push him away when she pulled our her gun on him, so i kind of agree, that was an assault.

@KEEPER: it is actually NOT legally assault at that point, that does not mean they will not charge you and arrest you... if you have a lawyer/attorney that actually does their damn job you can get past this stuff in court. half the time or more i still feel like this country is no longer a country and we are fucked.
