In Australia, Pizza Hut was a big thing a LONG time ago - when the first American chain junk food stores, first invaded the Australian market.

That was about 50 years ago....

Pizza Hut - kind of faded away... the food was shit and the pizzas were worse...

I was particularly pissed about the "fake bacon" bits, you could scoop up to put on things...

That was absolute bullshit.

The pizzas were not good... they were cheap, manufactured frozen factory fodder - small, thin, fuck all toppings..

Rather go to a decent local pizza shop than a Pizza Hut...

True... the rozen shit is, but you can make low to zero carb crests and make your own pizza sauces with ripe tomatoes or tomoato paste/slices. You can make healthier options: I know I started/ One short cut I did was use pita bread or rounds as pizza crests and air fry them in like ten minutes...

My local area Hut doesn't have any decimals on the signs so it's amusing. The new Hut Box = $699 and up.
Also the one closest to my home for 20 years or more has consistently been out of supply if you try to call and order anything. No cheese, no sauce, whatever excuse they can come up with. I think it might be a money-laundering operation.

Yeah, I noticed Oncue and some pizza joints coming up with garlic sauce when tomatoes were out of stock or short supply causing pizza sauce shortages.

@WMHarrison94: The one location I'm talking about just tells customers that don't have the basics. The funny thing is there's a damn full grocery store right to them. But of course = company policy and bullshit gets in the way of prosperity and customer service. They would rather go bankrupt I guess. I also assume the people working at this one location might just be liars because they are lazy. So they tell customers they are out of product and yet they are still open? Amazing. Piss poor management as usual like everything else in life that is "managed" by managers.
