Speaking of Insanity Jeremy, you might want to give it a try... Last year, I gave up fast food and mostly high fructose corn syrup sodas and limited how many grams of sugar I eat a day (since September lat year), I lost well over sixty or seventy pounds and over like 4 inches on my waist. I was just trying on pants and shorts in my closest I had not worn in years... years!

So... exploding food processing plants, the government through agriculture burning crops and sending top soil to China, the FDA or whoever requiring ranchers to kill their cattle because "muh diseases," and shortage in truck drivers have not really increased the fast food prices... Well, I;m on a restricted sugar diet... so NO more fast food for me...
