Hot Chillie in some steamy soup and a drop or two of euclyptus oil in the mouth when running around - slow deep breaths - and slow deep inhalations... towel over head / bowl of boiling water - deep inhalations to loosen everything up for 5 minutes and then a second bowl of boiling water with 1/5th of a teaspoon of eucalyptus oil in it... in with the oil AFTER your head is in the fresh steam and the towel is over your head....

@WMHarrison94: Do you use the eucalyptus oil..... If you stem up your lungs for 5 minutes, and then refill the bowl with very hot water - pull the towel over your head and then add like a thimbull full of Eucalyptuse oil and then breath deep and slow - for as long as you can and you have a really deep cleaning decongestant.
