Feel The Pain... Feel Alive!

Most people live life in order to feel as little pain as possible. They build their lives in hope that they'll be problem free: they'll never run out of money, they'll never be cheated, they'll never have problems on their family, etc.

However, when doing that, people forget that they are being totally weak.

While pain might be an unpleasant emotion, it is totally necessary. And I don't say this to be just sadic.

Pain helps us to build up our characters and develop resilience. This is the part where most people fail, yet, it is the path that makes us become stronger.

In this video, I'll share with you my best bets on how you can use pain to transform yourself and to feel alive. Basically, a positive interpretation and re-framing of what you could perceive as a total loss.
