The wellfare state has failed miserably..." : first of all, women here should be grateful that they live in a wellfare state; western women live in the best circumstances on this planet. Go to Africa or the middle east if you don't believe me. Secondly : it all started to go downhill when women got the vote. Since then, politics, and with it the management of society, has devolved into an emotional theater because women make up the majority of the voting populace. Voting with your feelings brings the worst people in power (narcissists, psychopaths, etc) because they're the best actors. Thirdly : women do not care about protecting a society, because they think society is there to protect them. Hence they make the worst choices for managing that society long-term (me, me, me, gimme gov handouts = steal money from men through taxation, daddy gov violence monopoly because he protects me, DEI, respect everybody's feelings, let the poor refugees in, etc).
So women can be angry about the current situation, but this situation was created by, you guessed it : women. Now will they hand in their vote to correct things? Don't think so.
Then again, female rage is nothing new. Every woman on the planet does it once a month. Bring back period huts !
