Now a Guy would ever go somewhere else where there were till's open or simple use the auto thing that once, fuck you only have to swipe the item over the little red light and push finish when you have added everything to the list, then use your card or whatever to pay? I mean I don't like the daamned things either but when needs must and all thata. But I wouldn't be abusive to staff that have nothing to do with it. This bitch was banned for abuse not complaining about a till. Mind you be careful with TESCO when it comes to these machines because some items you pick up may say on the shelf 99p but on the auto bill will be about £1,02 or omething, When I noticed this some while back I stopped using TESCO completely, then their was the Traffic Light and one way systems in Covid they enforced on people, so another reason why I would never shop their again, plus their Petrol tends to be 2p dearer than other supermarkets and stations. So chgeck your receipt befor you leave the store.

I don't like the self check-outs but on the general principle that they are designed to save labor costs and people end up out of work. I will use them if none of the staffed ones are open. I am certain this femon doesn't like them only because she expects to be waited on.
