Findings at oil refinery in Lisichansk, LPR

An RT crew visited an oil refinery in the once-embattled city of Lisichansk, in the Luhansk People’s Republic, which has now come under the control of Russian-led forces. Exploring the facility, an abundance of prohibited landmines was discovered, which Kiev had vowed to dismantle in accordance with international treaties. RT's Murad Gazdiev reports.
