Exactly and that's why you do it at your home gym and if you mess it up you don't crush your balls and yeah it's supposed to strengthen your back and Ass muscles. If it works then good otherwise don't waste time and go for walks can't go wrong with walks. Thanks

I changed primary jobs over the summer; so I don't move around as much and gain weight with a Mello Yello binge-- we don't have it here except at a couple of fast food restaurants. Any way, she said she didn't want me running in case of injury-- walk now only. Apparently, she herself had to loose weight and she has much success with truck drivers... once you get the diabetes, it's all downhill from there...

@DIO DOOM NUTZ_TALICHADJESUS33: Yeah, I was pre-diabetic on its doorstep back in mid-September-- thirsty all the time and passing all the time: Cutting back on sodas mainly and a lot less fast food and you a brownie or such a day, I'm already thinner and not passing all the time-- been that way for two or three weeks... I was trying to go keto and kept failing, was working two jobs, but now, I was told to stay at a 100g crabs a day... still failing, but someday get really close of under it...

@WMHarrison94: You can do it brother you will get there and two jobs God Almighty a lot of stress comes with 2 jobs do the best you can keep at it and on the carnivore diet told sugar is not good even the natural sugars so I stopped and doing better I used to have warm honey water in the winter and wonder why I still had inflammation pain and feeling drowsy or like I'm gonna pass out from sugar crash now I cut that shite out I'm doing better and healthier. They say for good sugar and good gut health try something called KEFIR/KEFFIR supposed to like yogurt with "Good Gut Bacteria" for meditation 50/50 hit or miss helps and doesn't when I have fast junk like pepperoni pizza.
