Flat Earth Debate w/ Iron Horse

Some people are smart.
Some people are stupid.

Some people like to spin tall fishing tales, and then weave illustrious stories, and then reinforce them with abstract facts and simply go balls out to "win the contention" for the jest and merriment of the entertainment value...

And some people believe any kind of bullshit.

If the flat earthers are taken as people having a fun time, using creative thinking and clever arguments and grand assumptions etc., then it's good fun...

But if they get attacked and argued with, as a bunch of bullshit artists, it's takes the fun and the imaginative elements out of it, sort of like beating the fairies out of the fairy stories....

A little bit of magical thinking and vivid colouring is a good thing.

So is winding up the people who go insane, when I tell them it took over 200 people to lift the last fish I caught into my row boat.
