Florida Takes Election Fraud Seriously

In 2020, Florida ran one of the most secure and transparent elections in the country, but we still have more work to do. This is why I recently established an election crimes unit in state government.

Today, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement charged 20 murderers and felony sex offenders with election fraud because they were not eligible to vote. They now face 5 years in prison.
