For a decade, women have OUT EARNED men, yet they still claim to be 'held back'

Men need less; and men are reteating to the country to grow food independent of soyciety.

That's fine. When men leave this society behind, it crumbles and we don't have to give a fuck about them. Let them beg men to come back and force them to reverse feminism or watch them collapse and die.

Women today are so fucking Deluded they will still say crap like this wage gap stuff. I'm holding out for a time when their are NOT enough MEN working, how are these women going to cope with that? Women never have enough, but MEN are gradually seeing that they don't need much anymore. In fact I find the keeping down with the Joneses a great experience using frugality, and no need for a fefail and lot's of other stuff. Women get laws in their favor to improve them, but MEN Don't How are Government going to entice MEN back when the time comes (AND IT WILL), when money isn't the only issue? Women already have more than MEN ever had in the Good times, Yet we live in a Broken society with women in charge effectively and the whole shit hole is failing, so how is that? This is not just in the work place but society in general that seems toi have turned into a society based on the mind set of ONE Mentally Disturbed FEFAIL. You can open your mouth without upsetting some SNOWFLAKE, there is NO love because women destroyed Pair Bonding, even with their own KID's. Maybe through history women were held back simple to prevent what is actually happening to day? This is what happens when the fefail is released and they will destroy everything because that is what they do. women didn't invent the Civilization we have or any precious one, they are always their at the end of Civilization though destroying and using their "Emotions" and "feelings" that count for absolutely FUCK ALL. MEN built civilization with innovation, logic and Rationale, I certainly do not see women doing ANY of those things? Fortunately I have age on my side, I wont live to see the real hardship of this insanity set in, and seeing as I don't fear death I fear nothing anymore. Death for me is going to be a pleasant release, after I've seen how far the societal decay set's in.

The problem here seems to be HIRING. Do these policies apply to contractors? Probably not, because it's about employee statistics, not contract statistics.
