you must come from a getto country, listen here in europe, police would just say "you are under arrest" not be the first one to strike while the dude is holding his hand behind his back, if you cannot talk the heat being the cop, then you should not be a cop, .. cops in Switzerland do not make a hassle or drama, if you misbehave you get arrested. If a cop misbehaves, you need to ask for his id (he has to give it to any citizen) and he will be in trouble if he did not follow protocol

@Lucifer333: Police should 100% be charged double to triple the penalty of any crime committed under Color of authority. I know it’s a very rare occurrence where you get decent cops beating the fucking crap out of some asshole who desperately needs it but it does happen. As long as the penalty for The police crimes is double to triple they should get the benefit of the doubt. Not to go too long but I have heard firsthand of cops beating the shit out of some asshole hanging out at a school bus stop. All for that

@Lucifer333: It’s not that police are angels it’s that through threat of overwhelming punishment for misbehavior would produce a culture of strong men of action with a strong moral compass. Now wouldn’t that be the true idea of transferring The need for violence from the Citizens. Don’t get me wrong I think the citizens should overwhelmingly carry a threat of violence for misbehavior. For example the second amendment.

@Heavyhand: Give everybody (all men) police training, mandatory, period, also give them neighborhood watch duty (like overall 4 weeks a year), all Kantons in Switzerland do this more or less, next time you fuck with a citizen, you might pass him as a cop and you as a civilian, keeps cops following protocol like a accountant, (note Switzerland does not have a federal army, every male 20-35 (or 20-55 for officer rank and above) serve in the militia, I want to get ridd of this "veterans/cops are exceptional" its not exceptional if everybody serves, ...

if a cop backs you into a corner not much you can do, if you touch the cop , all bets are off
