I have come along and been starving.... and made one of them and hey - I have another 200 Ks to go and a whole day ahead of me and I could not leave it inside the car to get hot.... so I had to eat it - ALL really good nutritional stuff, brilliant - by the time I got through one I thought I was going to burst......
