Question is: Why Governments are not doing this.?
It is here Now and Can be done.
No need for a 50 thousand dollar Electric car Keep you own car that you own.
No need to buy another Battery for your ECar if the battery goes.
Charging you battery also uses Fossil Fuels to charge it.. This make "NO" sense at all.
We are being Told Lies on Climate and the Fuels.
Australian has a NET EMISSION BACK TO ZER0 Wake Up People Climate Change is Right here. (If there is such a Thing)

I’m curious as to exactly how much electricity per unit of fuel this process creates.
I really like this idea, it could be the alternative mankind has been looking for. But what happens once the CO2 in the atmosphere starts going lower than what is necessary to sustain plant life, al life for that matter??
The global warming issue is a scam - however the tech to combine CO2 and Hydrogen, back into highly energetic liquid hydrocarbon fuels, is a great idea.
I also think strip mining the ocean floors for methane calthracite, is also a brilliant idea.
Imagine this - Fossil Fuels Forever!
I'd also like to see giant solar concentrators for turning lime stone (calcium carbonate) into calcium oxide (for cement) and CO2...
And get the carbonates, out of the rocks, for a carbon rich earth.
