According to the German authorities, a massive superyacht named ‘Dilbar,’ which reportedly belongs to the sister of Russian oligarch Alisher Usmanov, has been seized in Hamburg.

Where do these foreign countries get the legal authority to steel a person's private property or a sovereign countries assets??? Isn't that theivery??? I wonder how a German person would feel if Russia seized their Yacht or how would the German Government feel if Russia freezed German Government assets??? As Martin Armstrong said recently "The World is being run by Idiots!!!".
What is it with all this thieving of Russian peoples boats? FFS.
Like in the big picture - this is not nice, but it would be an ironic twist is they were carrying a small tactical nuke of 20 Kilotons.... "BOOOOOOOOOM! - There goes your port!"
