No. The Pentagon defends money laundering...
The Coast Guard had a doctrine to send 10% of their officers into the Navy to learn and integrate systems in case of a National Naval attack, so the CG and Navy can coordinate and integrate well. I agree with that; plus, our Coast Guard like our Naval Forces trains other nations too.
