Recently he got upset and jealous of an ex of hers and she said she needed space because he promises to change, but then continually reverts back to being angry, jealous, controlling and argumentative. It’s exhausting to her. Now he is in no contact, even though he didn’t do as she asked and contacted her a few days after she asked for a break.
