Treating the symptom, not the problem. Expecting school staff to overcome the shortcomings at home is unrealistic and giving more power to the government. Although the "handcuffing" of school staff has been an issue for decades, I don't have much hope for this initiative. It's Florida ... they have done some good things ... fingers crossed.
After society collapses, then the root can be addressed .... until the good times return, eventually bringing us back to this point again.
