ok so to be perfectly honest and analytical , it looked to me that the person on the wrong side of the road did this deliberately. trying to play chicken with another bike rider . this was 100% the fault of the wrong side rider . just saying " hello , i have 2 dogs and a big bike and i can make you get out of my way ". the woman that said that she was not moving has my pat on the back for courage . some people need to learn that they can not intimidate everyone and get away with it .

"Excuse me" also doesn't work on highways, she should be happy she was taught this lesson on a foot/bike path.
