Hard to say.....Rebar would be breaking bones, but it's too heavy and solid to be wood..... plus it was non resonant - no wood sound. Might be a flick knife version of a police batton. - press button and it telescopes out She also beats her (???) up and down the body, including the head, if it was say 3/4" rebar, that would be putting holes in the skull...
