Nowadays, it is easy to injure ourselves in the gym. As we tend to progress more and more in our weight training, we might find ourselves injured.

I'm pretty sure it has happened to you alread. The word "injury" itself is enough to strike fear into any athelete or person that regularly goes to the gym.
