I did use PPTP some years ago, and I had to rely on a simple script to make it work. I see PPTP is supported. I may be able to re-use code for linux. But as you mention, with Android, the question is how the teether network traffic from Laptop is handled..

The point is, I intend to use this VPN in countries like Philippines and Cambodia, including shielding sensitive info like payment transactions..
