The Kilauea volcano on Hawaii's Big Island started erupting again after a three-month pause. Local officials say there is no threat to residents of the island.

This is the trouble with volcanoes, they are mountain range sizes, and the distances are so huge, what appears to be a back yard swimming pool, full of lava, is like 10 Km across, from 30 or 40 Km away.....

And there is nothing to scale them against.
