I speak to Arnab Ganguly - man who spent 8 months in Tihar Jail in a blatantly false rape case for which he had every single piece of evidence to prove innocence. It still took him 6 years to clear his name. In the end, Court did not fine or punish the woman despite observing that all her allegations were unbelievable and that the relationship was absolutely consensual.
