100% agreed! I've lost 200 pounds in the last few years by cutting out fast food, soda, junk food, candy etc!...And GALLIONS of water!!!

I had to make all the changes in small increments, over a long period of time.....
Still a Caffine Junky though... But head injuries kind of makes that a NEEDED drug so I can think clearly - some times... I can't unscramble...
But all the rest - REALLY GOOD FOOD - fills up all the gaps in nutrition and health.

Fuck eh - water melon is pretty good.
