100% agreed! I've lost 200 pounds in the last few years by cutting out fast food, soda, junk food, candy etc!...And GALLIONS of water!!!

Good on you.

I had to make all the changes in small increments, over a long period of time.....

Still a Caffine Junky though... But head injuries kind of makes that a NEEDED drug so I can think clearly - some times... I can't unscramble...

But all the rest - REALLY GOOD FOOD - fills up all the gaps in nutrition and health.

Just don't get too fanatical about anything and get into things that are really nutrtional and bail out of the things that are really toxic...

A few big slices of water melon vs a can of coke...

Fuck eh - water melon is pretty good.

It's sweet, juicy, refreshing, hydrating and NUTRITIONAL.....

Coke is pure poison with added water.
