Yes, l the man was armed.
Yes, the man was in pain, mentally and physically (he's bleeding).
No, 5 shots to vital organs is not help, is a kill.
Yes, if the man wasn't shot, he would definitely stab the pig. Should the pig allow it? Absolutely not, he had all the right to defend himself. And if he wasn't wearing that uniform, i would say "well done". Being a servant of the state and proclaiming he is there to help, i can't take his side. He should know, and be trained, to stop the attacker 1 single shot to the leg was enough. He also knows 5 shots to the chest is a death sentence.

@TheDemonKing: Same happens at the universities. They weed out the ones who raise questions. Yes, although I'm stupid, I was able to get accepted at the university. Seen it with my own eyes how people who question things are treated.

No jury would convict. This is more clear-cut than Rittenhouse, and that case was also clear-cut. No different than smashing a mosquito.

Rittenhouse was not wearing a government issued uniform, nor had training on how to deal with dangerous situations. Rittenhouse shot once at the aggressors, this man was shot 5 times.
