Let me just say: A man can only take so much, disrespect.
Most people discount how hard it is to choke someone to death. It's an endurance event. Sometimes as long as 10 minutes to do effectively. Completely exhausting! Takes muscle not known to average fella, much less when it's a female killing a person that way. Makes those HIIT workouts look like nothing...
So everyone who doubt the 10: guess again!!
