Hot water floods streets in Russia's Vladivostok as pipe bursts

The city center of Vladivostok was flooded as a major pipe burst sent hot water gushing into the streets, giving a wash to cars and dampening the feet of some passers-by. About 30,000 residents of the port city in the Russian Far East were left without hot water, although the authorities reported that the leak would be fixed shortly.
