Most software developers don't know how valuable they are. They face serious problems when it comes to asking for more money, not accepting abuse and staying in dead-end jobs.

This problem affect, especially, the money area. People are afraid of asking for more money. "Maybe I'm not worth it all... I'm just a random guy".
