How I LOST 100LBS... And How Long Did It Take

Today's topic is about fat loss, rapid fat loss, getting shredded building muscle and getting that superhero body you dream about. I will specifically get in into how I lost over 100 pounds pretty rapidly and consistently, and the things I would wish I would have done differently if I'm to do it again and what's the best way to lose a lot of weight while keeping or building muscle!

Now going back to how I gained weight and became fat to begin with, I used to lift weights and one day while doing a heavy bench press I got my pec torn and I couldn't lift weight for a long time, that in addition to not doing any physical activities and eating junk food ended up in me losing my muscles and getting a lot of fat.

I was still around 300 pounds but instead of carrying muscle what I had was a lot of fat.

So I decided to lose all that extra fat. To do that rapidly and consistently I made a simple but effective strategy!

I didn't aim to lose 100 pounds from the get go, I would loved to set a goal of losing 100 pounds, I mean it's clear how you can lose 100 pounds, but instead I set my goals on losing just 5 pounds every 2 weeks, that's it! and to make sure I did lose 5 pounds by that deadline I decided to have a planty, for every pound I don't lose I would have to run 1 mile everyday for the week to come until I lose that pound!

Luckily I didn't do any penalties because I was committed to my weight loss goal and by the end of every 2 week I would have lost 5 pounds, what also helped me was having a simple repeated meal plan that I insured I was in caloric deficit so I keep spending more energy than I put in my body.

By the end of the whole thing I lost over 100 pounds, that was my strategy on how I lost 100 pounds.

Now the thing that I said I would give you tips and advices if you decide to embark into this weight loss journey and things I would have done differently.

So I won't just lose fat, but also build muscles and get an overall great body!
