How Long Does It Take To Write A Blog Post?

If you're a blogger you've probably wondered if the amount of time you spend writing a blog post is "normal". Maybe you spend 8 hours writing a 500-word blog post. Or maybe you spend weeks trying to come up with a 2000 word blog post.

How in the hell will you know if this is normal? How can you possibly know if this is a decent amount of time you should spend trying to write a blog post when you don't have anything you can rely on?
