How Many Calories Do You Eat Per Meal?

Lately, I've been changing my fitness diet and strategies a lot. As you probably already know, I fast until 5 every day and I've been doing this for a long time.

However, it always raises questions among my viewers... John, if you only eat one meal a day, how many calories do you eat per meal?
