How To Control ANGER! (Anger Management For A BETTER LIFE)

Anger is a normal and even healthy emotion... Imagining a life without anger is simply out of the question. While anger is healthy and normal, uncontrolled anger can take a toll on both your health and your relationships.

Recently, I've received a comment in one of my videos from a guy that said he was constantly angry and did not have the slightest idea on how to control his anger:
"I'm angry for no given reason. No one has said anything to make me angry no one has done anything to make me angry. I don't even know why I always feel so angry. I am angry all the time for no given reason. I'm on my way to hell."

How to control anger? Is there a simple solution to control and deal with anger?

The first thing you have to understand is that anger originates from unmet expectations. Everytime we set expectations for ourselves (and for others) and those expectations end up not being met, we get angry.

People might not even make us angry... But we might even get angry if we don't know how to control our expectations.

So, when talking about anger management, we need to first understand the core of our anger and try to identify where are the places in which we are setting up too many expectations why we are setting ourselves up to fail.
