How to move two heavy oxygen cylinders with bare hands

I guess by his jacket (welding leather?) and cap, he is either at a welding shop / school and or is a delivery guy for them... and he has probably moved a few thousand of them. In a sense the cylinders are very heavy, especially when full, but this is about tilting the cylinder and finding the "near center" of gravity and then spinning them along on their base. It's not hard, and it's relatively safe....
Like most things, practice makes perfect.
Different countries have different colour codes on their cylinders, and I am not familiar with that shade of green and what is inside of it..... It might be argon, an argon blend, Probably not CO2, or helium...

Yeah they do too.... Have you ever had much to do with them? They sound different when full and empty..... 2200 PSI has that effect. Kind of like a football that is soft or pumped up hard.

@Life_N_Times_of_Shane_T_Hanson: I haven't touched a oxygen or acetylene tank since high school shop class almost 30 years ago! lol
