The best way to stop police from violating your rights is to demand that officers be required to carry personal malpractice insurance...instead of taxpayers paying for all the lawsuits...makes a lot of sense...if they keep committing these violations the insurance company’s will no longer be willing to insure them making it impossible for the officer to gain employment...this will also bypass the police management from keeping them in hire...

Taxpayers are footing the bill for the for-profit city corporations. If you want to stop all of them from violating your rights, you need to study the code of criminal procedure, and your state and federal constitution. Look at their CITY charter because that is their constitution which is created by the GOVERNMENT CODE. However, some are created by the constitution. That's why you look at the charter. Then look at the occupations code, insurance code, and other related codes for these corporate employees to find what they did not do according to their agreement, in essence they violated thir contract with the corporate STATE OF BLAH, BLAH, BLAH, and then nail each individual corporate employee for violating state, and federal law, both constitutions, especially the federal because that is what the corporate employees are bound to. It's all in place. Acting under the color of law is a 1983 cause of action. And it can be reported, or a complaint filed because of 18 usc 242 to the U.S. DOJ. They just don't expect people to figure out how to use this system against corporate persons.
