How Tuning Engines Became Illegal?? - Explained Ep.26

I dunno - having people drive modestly powered cars, that are nice, clean and quiet is not such a bad thing.....

@bigintol03: Air pollution. Clean running, fuel efficient engines, with catalytic converters are a good thing. Watch the air polluton on LA in Cheech and Chongs ""Up in Smoke" movie.... now - heaps cleaner

@bigintol03: Yeah I have a friend who is totally right - at least about some things, like computer controlled engine managment - always keeping the car in tune... and fool injection - and oxygen sensors etc... and really good low fuel consumption, clean burning etc... where as I know that big 4 barrel carbs and blue printed engines and tuned extractors etc., well they are way better because you have to follow the assumption... cause I said so.... @bigintol03: I was in Melbourne (city - Victoria Australia) many years ago, and there was a weather anomoly that sort of meant there was no wind for about 4 or 5 days and there was a layer of air about 2000 feet up, that kept all the air in the city trapped there.... AND you could hardly even make out the outlines of builldings 2 blocks away.... Very Bad.

@bigintol03: If you aim straight down the road and about halfway up the screen and peer very hard - you can JUST make out the shadowy outlines of the building... Were you able to pick them?
